How to Get Rid of an Old Computer
My mother has about 3 old computers in her basement that she has accumulated over the years and that she feels bad throwing away but doesn’t know what to do with. The local thrift store won’t even take them because it costs too much to fix them up, and old computers are so abundant that people don’t usually want another old computer.
Well, today I came across an article that tells you some ways to get rid of them. I hope it will be helpful to my mother (who faithfully reads my blog) 
and to others out there who don’t know how to get rid of old computers.

Way to go! Too many folks throw these things away. Nowadays, we shouldn’t hardly throw anything away. Here in Portland, I donated my old desktop to Free Geek. Here’s a good link on their site that lists other locations and places to recycle or donate old electronics.
